关于business plan, 美国有两种说法。一种说法是，商业计划书没用，just f'ing do it；还有一种说法是，即使不找投资也应该写一份business plan留着，自己看。
我现在觉得，还真是有必要写一份简单的商业计划书，好歹是个落到具体实处的东西，否则都在自己脑袋里，而平常经常有各种"诱惑"，东想西想的，就会忘记了当初到底是为啥做这份business的了。
商业计划书不是说写了就一成不变的了，可以每半年看看，调整修改一下。business需要有个清晰的流程，就是从商业计划书开始的，然后细分下去需要做的任务，再具体到每星期以及每天要做的。
下面就介绍一下我找到的比较简洁靠谱的商业计划书的格式，供个人创业的朋友们参考。

前一段看到国内的"番尼鱼"商业计划书，我觉得他那个财务预期的公式不错，记录一下，以后可以参考:
财务预期: 预期2018年底达到10万粉丝，按转化率30%，客单价300, 26%的客户回购一次计算，2018年总收入将达到: 100000
30%300*(1+26%) = 1134万.
